Innerwave Team
Pushpaja Ang
After connecting with her spiritual Master in 2011, she immersed herself in Yogic practices in India. Establishing The Yogic Science studio in SS2 PJ in 2014, she's since conducted workshops for companies like Accenture, Sellbytel, and BBDO, as well as trained PJ City FC's Super League team. With international teaching experience spanning Singapore to France, her journey into spirituality began in her 20s during rock climbing trips, culminating in a transformative six-month ashram training in 2013. Emphasizing the importance of a stable physical foundation for self-discovery, she advocates for authenticity and utilizing meditation and yoga as tools for personal growth and evolution. As she aptly puts it, 'Meditation and Yoga are tools to help us to constantly update our human processor to the latest version.
Priya Naidu
Born in KL and raised in Mumbai, Priya is an adept trainer with an extensive experience in health and fitness. Growing up abroad, she played many sports from football to hockey, graduated with honours and holds a commercial pilots license, but still found herself overweight at 98kg as a result of poor eating habits. Inspired to make a transformation, she began delving deep into a more holistic approach to good health, eventually finding her passion in Muay Thai & boxing alongside conventional forms of training. She has since grown into a multifaceted trainer with a range of certifications including ACE, ISKA, FTI, FITM and a Personalised Health 360™ Coach. Priya’s goal is to spread her passion for health and wellness to her clients, helping them achieve the liberation that comes through training.
Anni Azmi
Starting with her certification as a yoga instructor in 2011, Anni furthered her pursuit in Eastern philosophy undergoing a 3-year residential program in India while on a sabbatical from her career in nonprofit organisations and GLCs. With an in-depth background in mind-body science and practices, Anni brings mindfulness and lifestyle management strategy to the forefront as indispensable tools for stress reduction, resounding health and heightened awareness. Anni is currently working on a movement on the revival of Ayurveda as a lifestyle in a collaborative effort with a yoga institution in Malaysia.

The breakfast event at Dali - a new concept of bringing two very important aspects of our life into focus: food and exercise -was a very novel and interesting experience for me.
Having a yoga class in a pleasant setting with people who were obviously very passionate about it was a great inspiration. Most of us were meeting each other for the first time and it made a good lesson to watch anew our practices which had became somewhat ‘dulled’ because of doing it with the same people and in the same setting over weeks and months and even years, with an experienced yoga teacher from India!
Nothing can be as exhilarating as a pleasant change of scenery!
And after all that sweating and stretching, to be invited for a meal with a fantastic spread by a culinary expert was no small adventure. The salad and the pastry, blended into a sumptuous meal and it was not only super healthy but delicious too. The crème brûlée was awesome and proved to be the perfect ending to an unforgettable experience.
